yesterday he drilled the NSFs until they came out looking like
they were in a state of shock.
one of the most hardworking boys we have broke down and cried
because he felt stressed working at this place.
i understand that in aviation you can't make mistakes.
but bloody hell, that ass wants the boys to work like regulars
and every little mistake they do, he makes a big hoo-ha about
it.
don't they realise that they are NSFs? they are here for around
1year, they are getting a measly sum of money, some are plain
hardworking even though they don't have much technical
knowledge.
for that guy who cried, its like he works like a dog for the
place and you tell him its not good enough.
and the stupid EO went home, good thing too. i was about to
smash his head in with a metal rod.
